We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Medical Education to join our dynamic team on the Central Coast, NSW.

In this position you will:

  • Drive innovation in medical education to elevate the student experience, with a special focus on clinical skills and adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate in the creation and evaluation of teaching and assessment activities to ensure excellence.
  • Support curriculum delivery across all phases, providing dedicated academic oversight for Phase 1 at the Central Coast, in partnership with the JMP Phase 1 Lead and Coordinators.
  • Work closely with local clinical staff involved in the JMP on the Central Coast, ensuring they receive the academic support and information needed to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Act as a trusted academic advisor for students, guiding them through their educational journey.
  • Contribute to the advancement of teaching and learning scholarship within the Academy for Collaborative Health Education and Vibrant Excellence (ACHIEVE).
  • Engage in medical education research, producing high-quality publications that contribute to the field.
