  • Total Remuneration $130,270 to $153,255 pa (including salary of $110,080 to $129,503 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will deliver high-impact education and personalised support to a diverse student cohort. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant teaching and research experience and expertise in using large corporate systems. You will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of various nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and contemporary healthcare practices.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or a related discipline such as Education or Health Sciences.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) General.
  • At least two years of recent experience in clinical nursing or teaching at an Australian university.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, with experience in multi-modal delivery strategies for student support.
