Whether you’re an emerging scholar or an established researcher, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of Leadership teaching and research at the University of Waikato. In this role, you’ll: Develop and lead a research programme that delivers high-quality, practice-informed outputs. Supervise and support postgraduate students at Master’s and doctoral levels. Deliver engaging, research-led teaching in Leadership across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Build the University’s reputation through publications, conferences, and collaboration with academic and industry partners. You’ll work collegially within a supportive academic community, contributing to the School’s growth and the professional development of students and peers. The salary for this position will be based on the skills, knowledge, and experience you bring to the role. The range for a Lecturer is $90,125 to $107,452 per year, and for a Senior Lecturer is $110,392 to $128,508 per year. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), based at our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton.
