Whether you’re an emerging scholar or an established researcher, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of Leadership teaching and research at the University of Waikato. In this role, you’ll: Develop and lead a research programme that delivers high-quality, practice-informed outputs. Supervise and support postgraduate students at Master’s and doctoral levels. Deliver engaging, research-led teaching in Leadership across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Build the University’s reputation through publications, conferences, and collaboration with academic and industry partners. You’ll work collegially within a supportive academic community, contributing to the School’s growth and the professional development of students and peers. This is an opportunity to advance your academic career while making a meaningful impact on Leadership scholarship and practice. The salary for this position will be based on the skills, knowledge, and experience you bring to the role. The range for a Lecturer is $90,125 to $107,452 per year, and for a Senior Lecturer is $110,392 to $128,508 per year. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), based at our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton.
