ABOUT US

The Department of Computer Science is looking to appoint a Lecturer (teaching) in Computational Economics and Finance. The appointees will be based in the Computational Economics and Finance Section within the Department of Computer Science at UCL.

Responsibilities

The Section has founded and is managing and leading the UCL-Centre for Blockchain Technologies, a major international research hub on the digital technologies and distributed systems applied to finance and economic systems. The appointee is expected to contribute to the centre both with research in the area and in management roles. The team is also running four master programmes: Financial Risk Management, Computational Finance, Emerging Digital Technologies, and Financial Technologies. The appointees are expected to contribute to the teaching activities as well as to the management of these master programmes.
