The Department of Management and Human Resources at The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business invites applications for two full time, 100% FTE Lecturer. The appointment is expected to begin in Autumn 2025. We seek candidates with expertise in delivering courses in human resources, international business, management, staffing, and/or strategy. Experience in each area is not a requirement, but ideally candidates are experienced in teaching in more than one discipline.
The main tasks will include: teaching in different modalities (in-class, online, hybrid), curriculum/syllabus design, content and materials development, and service activities. The selected candidate(s) will be expected to complete activities and support for developing and teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students, depending on chosen candidate’s degree certification.
A Master’s Degree in business and/or related field is a minimum requirement. A strong preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of teaching-related experience in the fields of human resources, management and HR. Ideal candidates should have a track record of excellent teaching at a top school, a record of service, prior interaction with industry, and an ability to teach multiple courses throughout the academic year (Autumn, Spring, and Summer semesters).
The monthly salary is competitive with leading research universities. The position is contingent on funding and university approval.
