Lecturer (Part-Time) 9 month position West Virginia University School of Nursing Family and Community Health West Virginia University School of Nursing located at Morgantown, WV invites applications for a Non-Tenure Track Lecturer position. This is a part-time, 0.33 FTE, 9 (nine) month, non-benefits eligible position to teach in the BSN program Alterations in Mental Health clinicals. This position will report to the chairperson of the Family and Community Health Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Teaching in Alterations in Mental Health clinical in the BSN program. • Clinical teaching in the clinicals BSN program. In addition to clinical teaching, other formats of teaching, including traditional classroom instruction, skills lab, small group, and simulation teaching may be included. Master’s degree in nursing (MSN); or have a bachelor’s degree with a major in nursing and be enrolled in a graduate degree program with a major in nursing within one (1) year of employment as a faculty member; or have a bachelor’s degree with a major in nursing and at least ten (10) years of professional nursing practice experience. Evidence of experience in mental health nursing practice sufficient to demonstrate professional competence. Required to have unencumbered WV RN License by position start date. Responsibilities
