OVERVIEW:

This position performs quality control procedures in the time allotted per Nationwide’s QC Handbook on LED tiles and accessories, projection screens, and assist the warehouse as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Forklift Certification
• Associates Degree or Technical certificate in a related field

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Quality Control responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform Quality Control inspection of inbound LED tiles and projection screens.
• Conduct Quality Control testing on LED tiles, LED accessories, and projection screens in accordance with the Nationwide QC Handbook, which governs procedures, specifications, safe practices, troubleshooting, testing time, etc. in the predetermined amount of time given for each item.
• Determine cause of damage and report client related damage to the Missing & Damaged Coordinator and/or corresponding Customer Service Associate.
• Identify areas of potential cost reduction.

WAREHOUSE RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned area(s). Conform to 5S process.
• Assist with warehouse and QC operations as needed, activities include but are not limited to:
  o Support all warehouse functions including palletizing, de-palletizing, in-bound/outbound order verification, shipping/receiving duties(including lift truck and box operation), etc. as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
