Job Description 岗位职责：支持团队开发可持续发展业务，提供数据研策，内容界定与业务建议，协助团队进行业务创新在为项目提供的评价项目中，担任绿色建筑与可持续发展项目负责人，执行和参与绿色、低碳、ESG、能源与可持续发展咨询业务相关的任务为团队提供绿色建筑、健康建筑认证咨询业务，包括中国绿色建筑认证、中国健康建筑评价、LEED、BREEAM等，低碳建筑评价、碳咨询业务的项目执行，负责项目全程跟踪、执行以及文件制作等参与企业与资产可持续发展评价，熟悉国内外ESG评价标准研究国内外碳中和政策与披露体系，碳中和而披露平台，气候变化与风险咨询分析，为业务发展提供研究决策分析报告研究和分析可持续发展和ESG的发展与政策分析，ESG框架，国际财务标准，绿色金融、ESG评级等支持和维护管理客户关系，推动业务发展支持商务拓展相关的工作，服务建议书、业务拓展资料与政策规范调研等工作 Qualifications 专业背景：大学本科或以上学历，倾向于建筑，环境工程，可持续发展或相关专业，具备在管理和咨询公司工作经验更佳 LEED AP/WELL AP，具有3年及以上可持续发展建筑评价工作经验，具备独立完成认证工作的全部流程能够熟练应用书面英语具备较好的沟通能力、责任心以及团队合作精神，能够在紧迫的期限内独立工作良好的项目管理能力和学习态度，项目规划、团队组织与工作协调等 Location: China - Shanghai
