We’re now looking for a motivated field-based Business Development Manager to expand our presence in independent convenience stores, one of the most important retail channels in this space.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a field-based sales role focused on winning new listings and driving in-store performance with independent retailers, corner shops, off-licences, and local convenience stores. You’ll be the face of the brand, responsible for increasing our distribution and ensuring our products are well-positioned to succeed on the shop floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively approach independent convenience retailers across your region
  • Implement strategic plans and forward plan to optimise time effectiveness
  • Present and sell our nicotine pouch range to store owners, managers, and buyers
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Ensure strong product visibility through POS placement and merchandising
  • Educate store staff on product benefits and how to promote them effectively
  • Record activity, leads, and sales progress using our CRM system
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitive activity, and market feedback
