Ensuring that the SOPs are followed. 2. Familiarizing new members with where to find everything in the club including the bathrooms, the lockers rooms, etc. by conducting a tour for them in order to enhance their satisfaction and hence their retention. 3. Conducting introductory tours to the potential customers; briefing them about the services provided in the club, showing them the facility and all machines and equipment used, while ensuring compliance to Leejam’s standards in that regard. 4. Monitoring and evaluating customer experience through handling various methods for assessing satisfaction in order to spot areas of improvement. 5. Participating in developing new concepts to enhance customers experience throughout all interaction points in addition to implementing these enhancement schemes and measuring their effectiveness. 6. Responding to customer complaints by taking appropriate actions as well as escalating it to the direct supervisor if needed to ensure that all complaints are properly solved. 7. Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Leejam. 8. Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
