Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE

To support the MKM Credit Services Function on Recovery of delinquent Debt and manage the Legal Partners

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To take complete ownership of workload, managing priorities as required
  • Build relationships with branch directors and their teams to facilitate exchange of information.
  • To ensure that the status and notes on all accounts are kept up to date.
  • Complete Recovery Calls in-line with MKM Processes
  • Prepare written correspondence as necessary regarding customer accounts.
  • Manage External Relationships with Legal Partners
  • Negotiate best outcome for MKM.
  • Review Process for Improvement
  • Any other tasks as directed, which are reasonable within the scope of the role.
