Description

Rainer Hughes is an established legal 500 law firm based in Shenfield.
We are renowned for our services within litigation and dispute resolution, business law and personal law, and have been successful in setting many legal precedents and proceedings.
We have an opportunity for a dynamic, hard‐working individual to join our growing team of Legal Admin Assistants.
This is a full time role providing support to our fee earners, so you will be able to get involved and learn all our areas of law. This is a broad role and would require providing full secretarial and administrative support across our departments including contentious and non-contentious law, dealing with audio and copy typing of documents and letters, diary management, speaking to clients on the telephone, file management and general administrative duties.
You will be dealing with everything from general admin tasks to more complex legal work, so this is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in law, or who would like to develop their skills further within a support role.
As part of our team, you will benefit from ongoing training and development programmes, competitive salary packages, and a culture that values work-life balance. We encourage innovation, support professional growth, and offer a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
