Are you looking to join a dynamic legal team in a key administrative role? At Dutton Gregory, we’re seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our WTEP (Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning) team based in our Bournemouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our legal team with a variety of tasks relating to private client administration.

Our WTEP team is dedicated to providing expert legal advice and services in relation to wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our legal professionals in delivering outstanding client service.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in private client administration or a relevant legal background (though training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Has strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

As a member of our WTEP team, you will:

  • Assist with the preparation and administration of client matters.
  • Help manage client files, ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to gather necessary information.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including typing and collating correspondences.
  • Support with research and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
