About the Role This ongoing full-time position provides essential administrative and paralegal support to the Legal business unit, contributing to the integrity of democratic processes in NSW. Working closely with the Chief Legal Officer and the wider team, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, assist with legal matter management, undertake legal research and assist with drafting routine documents and reports. Operating in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment, the role requires discretion, professionalism and strong organisational skills. It offers valuable exposure to public sector legal frameworks and is well suited to candidates seeking to build a career in law, governance or regulatory policy while developing transferable skills in research, records management, stakeholder coordination and executive administration.
