THE POSITION

We have fantastic opportunities for Legal Administration positions in our front of house and accounts teams to join on a full-time basis located in our stunning Sydney CBD office.
The positions have an opportunity to rapidly advance your career working with talented and experienced mentors of the firm.

The two (2) separate roles include:

  • Reception (front of house team); and
  • Accounts office (Finance team).

To be successful in either role you will require the following attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong initiative to be pro-active, reliable and accurate (attention to detail);
  • Advanced administrative and organisational skills - effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work autonomously, be a quick learner and multi-task;
  • Presentable at all times - in person or over the telephone; and
  • Demonstrate mature business acumen, discretion and respecting confidential matters of a sensitive nature.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

In addition, your skills and qualifications to complete the role require:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent level - for reception / legal support;
  • Certificate in accounting or Diploma in conveyancing - for accounts / conveyancer;
  • Administrative experience of 3-4 years in a legal office is fundamental;
  • Legal support experience of 3-4 years in Property is essential;
  • IT Systems:
  • understanding of Practice Evolve advantageous (being is our practice management system for accounting and document management);
  • knowledge of intermediate to advanced level of computer skills with proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
