Administrative Assistant – Personal Injury & Business Law Role Summary Fears Law is seeking a resourceful, team-oriented professional to support our Personal Injury and Business Law teams. We are a client-centric, results-driven firm offering a fun, fast-paced environment for individuals who want to grow and excel. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly while delivering excellent service to our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week). Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing mail; scan and file documents Answer phones, monitor emails, and route communications appropriately Provide front desk coverage during lunch and receptionist absences Follow up on referred-out PI cases and track status updates Support Business Law team with calendaring and document formatting Assist with billing, process payments, and track balances Maintain organized files and assist with general administrative tasks Qualifications Administrative or office experience preferred (legal a plus) Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent communication and client service skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Work Environment In-office, collaborative team setting Client-facing role supporting multiple practice areas
