We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Legal Administrative Assistant. As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive legal administrative support to the Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement & Investigations (LREI), Employment and Competition teams based in the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is looking to develop strong administrative skills in a professional legal environment. Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Provide diary management and travel services to allocated Legal professionals, managing diaries and travel, working across global time zones.
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings and events for the team (including room bookings, catering, AV facilities set up etc.), avoiding scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, reports and presentations for the team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • On-board and off-board permanent staff and contractors, including raising system access requests, ordering IT equipment, providing joining instructions and day 1 IT set-up and training.
  • Provide administrative support to the team including invoice processing, maintaining document management folders and sites, maintaining office supplies, and other ad-hoc administrative requests. Assist in administration of the IT systems and applications used by the team, including access and content management, liaising with COO and IT teams as needed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be organised, accurate, adaptable and willing to learn, and have a professional approach with the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Prior administrative experience would be an advantage but it not essential as full mentorship and training will be provided.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and managing conflicting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • T Level Legal Service qualified would be an advantage.
  • Confident in IT packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
    The base location for this role is London with a hybrid working pattern.
