The Role
A leading client in the international legal sector is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their high-performing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong legal secretarial experience to support senior lawyers in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals. • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel. • Handle document preparation, formatting, and correspondence (typing, editing, proofing). • Organize legal documents for court and ensure timely filing. • Coordinate billing, time entry (3E), and expense reimbursements (Chrome River). • Maintain client and case records in digital and physical formats. • Liaise effectively with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders. • Support business development through accurate record-keeping in InterAction. • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
