Mokhtar Law is a boutique law firm with offices in NSW located in Norwest and the Sydney CBD. Our primary practice area is family law, along with criminal law, wills and estates, conveyancing and immigration. Our focus is on achieving the best outcome for our clients by guiding them through the legal system.
We are seeking someone friendly, dedicated and organised to join our team as an administrative assistant in our Norwest office.
This is a full-time role in which you will support our team of solicitors and law clerks with diverse legal and administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who has experience working in an office or a law firm, or who is ready to learn and grow into the role.
The role will involve greeting clients, making and receiving phone calls, sending and receiving emails, booking appointments, sending and receiving post, sorting and labelling financial documents, managing bank accounts, using trust accounts, making online bank transfer payments, printing, scanning, archiving, shredding, filing, working with electronic and hard-copy documents, using software and websites to manage client documents and Court matters, basic office cleaning and other office administration tasks.
Compensation for this role is in accordance with the Legal Services Award 2020.
