Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support a group of commercial litigation and business law attorneys. This role requires someone who excels in complex calendaring, administrative support, and case management within a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: * Manage complex attorney calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, meetings, and events * Draft, format, and prepare legal documents with a high level of accuracy * Oversee new client/matter intake and ensure timely, compliant processing * Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files * Assist with legal research and court filings * Serve as a point of contact for clients (phone, email, in-person) * Process expense reports and reimbursements * Support case management, including deadline tracking and trial preparation * Provide reception backup as needed * Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 3+ years of legal or professional administrative experience * Strong calendaring, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills * Excellent written/verbal communication and client service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal software Apply now for consideration.
