What You’ll Do: You’ll be part of a legal team with a variety of administrative (contract and documents management and archiving, meetings coordination, internal processes, etc.) and other paralegal responsibilities (contract review, secretariat corporate matters, etc.) that will ensure efficient team operations and that require discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset. You will be collaborating with another team member with a similar position. Basic Requirements: A person with university degree, being specific education in a Secretarial work or Law studies a plus. Who has proven experience in an administrative or paralegal role in a legal or a corporate environment. We value individuals who bring strong organizational skills to work with multiple tasks, attention to detail, and true collaborative spirit.
