We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrator to serve as the organizational backbone of our legal department, while also providing administrative support to other corporate departments from time to time. This role focuses on coordination, administration, and implementation of legal processes that allows legal specialists to concentrate on complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will excel at daily administrative tasks, data management, and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and track the legal department’s daily intake, priorities, and timelines
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and regulatory deadlines
  • Collect, file, and maintain legal records and corporate documentation
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, note-taking, document prep, and inbox monitoring
  • Assist with budgeting tasks including vendor invoices and expense tracking
  • Coordinate communications with external authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Support internal teams with cross-departmental legal coordination and project management
  • Maintain legal systems, databases, and repositories including contracts, insurance policies, and corporate records
