THE JOB:

As a Legal Administrator you will work as part of the Consumer Claims team. You will take individual responsibility for ensuring the volume of claims we receive are read, filed and escalated promptly.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is a detail-driven position where you will carry out a variety of tasks as follows:

  • Sorting and handling incoming mail
  • Processing data from volume inbound court documents into our case management system
  • Populating outbound court documents with relevant information
  • Efficiently bulk scanning documents and labelling them accordingly
  • Maintaining our central documents database
  • Accurately recording court filing deadlines and hearing dates
  • Updating existing claims on our case management system upon receipt of new information
  • Reviewing and categorising files and administering our court diary
  • Following our internal processes with utmost precision and accuracy
  • Assisting the claims team with general administrative tasks
  • Working at pace to achieve and maintain our 24 hour processing target

Requirements of the Role

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE ROLE:

  • At easyJet we require our colleagues to have excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal)
  • You will need previous administrative experience, ideally this will have been gained in a legal capacity - private practice or in-house and you will be used to working confidential information.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, be organised and have the ability to remain focussed in a busy office.
  • Technically we need you to be proficient with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, and PDFs.
  • The ability to speak additional European languages is desirable but not essential
