Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Due to team growth, are are looking for a Legal Administrators that is ready to take on an exciting, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the key in responding to solicitors’ leasehold enquiries, keeping everything running smoothly, and supporting essential legal and admin tasks. With Encore, you will make a real impact in residential property management!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Leasehold Enquiries: You’ll create and update information packs, process solicitor requests, and assist with Land Registry tasks.
Customer Service & Admin: Be the friendly face (or voice!) that liaises with solicitors, estate agents, residents, and financial advisors. Keep everything on track in our property management system.
Company Secretarial Duties: You’ll help with filing important documents, issuing share certificates, and maintaining our company secretarial records.
Sub-letting Admin: Stay on top of sub-letting notices and consent processes with ease.
General Office Support: From mail merges to keeping the office environment running.
