As a Legal Support Administrator you will have:

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately.
  • Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Based in Worcester and reporting to our Associate. The Legal Administrator role objective is to undertake routine administrative tasks to support the team, including the following responsibilities:

  • Filing, organising, scanning, copying and faxing legal documents.
  • Distribution of the post and scanning as necessary.
  • Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the operations team.
  • Taking telephone calls and field enquiries as appropriate.
  • Working on legal documents, supporting post completion works, file opening and closing.
