JOB SUMMARY

Inter-Con is seeking a Legal Administrator to provide a broad range of support for the Legal and Labor Relations departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Candidate must possess strong organizational, project/process management, written and verbal communication skills including investigative interviewing skills, as well as the ability to develop strong working relationships within the organization, including senior management.
· The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, inquisitive, communicative, responsible and reliable.
· Extensive database management experience is a critical component in this role.
· Proficiency in Outlook, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Perform general administrative tasks related to investigations, litigation support, etc.;
· Collect and organize documents for litigation from Paycom, Salesforce, and various departments within the company;
· Maintain and update index of active and archived matters;
· Maintaining documents relating to licensing on Salesforce;
· Interface with finance department for payment requests and monitoring to ensure legal settlement payments are timely made, etc.
· Responding to emails and phone calls regarding employee concerns;
· Special projects as may be directed by the legal and labor relations department.
