Description

Our client, a leading international intellectual property law firm are looking to appoint Legal Administrator to join their team in Leeds. You will be responsible for administration, invoicing, updating the CRM system, document management and dealing with sensitive information. They are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, can work towards deadlines and has previously worked in administration in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities
  • Writing letters for the attorneys and completing forms.
  • Invoicing/billing.
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email and foreign associates
  • Case management and adding it onto the filing system.
  • Ensuring all dates on the system are input correctly
  • Using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel to produce letters.
  • Assisting with basic administration duties to meet deadlines.
  • Dealing with sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
  • Liaise with Formalities Officers and Patent Attorneys to ensure work gets done in a timely manner.
