Responsibilities

We are seeking a Legal Administrator to provide essential administrative support to Perspectum’s three in-house lawyers. You will play a key part in managing a range of specialist administrative tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented with a keen interest in legal administration and operations.

Responsibilities focus on the following key areas:

  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of legal documentation and task management.
  • Administering contract drafts and templates.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to ensure the Legal team’s operations support the business effectively.
  • Coordinating records, minutes, and action logs for Board and Board Committee and internal committees.

This role is suited for a part-time arrangement of 20 hours per week. Ideally we would like someone to work Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm however there is some flexibility around this. The desired start date is September 2025.
