Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to our legal team. This fully remote role is suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of legal documentation and processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Maintain and organise legal files, databases, and document management systems Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal team members Assist with the drafting of routine legal documents and correspondence under supervision Conduct basic legal research and compile reference materials as required Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are tracked and met Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative or paralegal support role Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and processes Excellent written communication and proofreading skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential legal matters Ability to work independently in a remote environment Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred Salary: R24,000/month | 100% Remote
