Job Description Responsibilities Collaborative Legal Support – Work as part of the Legal & Privacy team, which provides integrated legal and privacy advice to all areas of the company. Regulatory Monitoring – Proactively identify and assess relevant regulatory and legal developments affecting the company’s operations across the EU. Contract Review & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners. Intellectual Property Advisory – Advise on IP protection and usage, ensuring compliance with third-party rights and safeguarding the company’s assets and innovation. Privacy & Data Protection – Assess and advise on privacy and data protection requirements for internal initiatives and external partnerships Compliance Documentation – Support the creation and maintenance of legal and privacy documentation to meet applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Must Have: Law degree from an accredited university. 1–3 years of professional experience as an in-house legal advisor or in a law firm/private practice. Proven experience in contract law, intellectual property, and privacy & data protection. Experience working in an international business environment. Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have: German language skills (spoken and written). Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or software company.
