    iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
    PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Additional knowledge in digital matters is a plus.
  • Analytical and legal problem-solving capabilities with ability to summarize / be concise in advising a business environment.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in law (Business law/Health law) or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal).
  • Dutch would be an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the realization of the objectives of the Legal Department.
  • Give legal support to the Business Unit’s in case of general and healthcare related legal questions/projects.
  • Review of contracts concluded with external parties and contractual drafting (essentially in English).
  • Manage and coordinate contract templates. Organise training on contract procedures and other legal issues.
  • Classification – Procedures’ updates.
  • Litigations and competitor’s complaints: follow-up & reporting.
  • Support to cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) operations, including divestments.
  • Corporate housekeeping formalities (Board & shareholders’ meetings).
  • Legal department entry point for legal questions.
  • General day to day issues and backup requirements.
  • Assistance in legal questions regarding public tenders, competition law and digital issues.
  • Budgetary follow-up of outside counsel fees & reporting.
  • Coordination of legal monitoring and memos & update of Legal intranet site for Sanofi Belgium.
  • Becoming a strategic business partner and provide guidance in the context of upcoming product launches.
