Corporate Commercial Associate (4-8 PQE) - St Albans
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Corporate Commercial Associates (4-8 PQE) to join a thriving and expanding Corporate Commercial team at a well-regarded law firm, based in St Albans.
The Role:

This position is perfect for bright, enthusiastic, and commercially minded solicitors looking to work on a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructures
• General commercial work, including drafting and negotiating contracts
• Advising a diverse client base across multiple sectors

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in both corporate and commercial work, ideally in private practice (or exceptional in-house experience)
• Strong training from a boutique or mid-sized firm
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach
• Excellent drafting skills - and a sense of humour!
