Job Description Join our international legal team and participate in national and regional projects requiring legal support! You will be responsible for the following areas and their scope: Poland: comprehensive legal services and support for the national structure Growing Markets: legal support for IT contracts concluded under common law Your main responsibilities will include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT contracts and related legal documentation, providing legal support to Polish internal departments in the implementation of concluded IT contracts, providing legal support for projects in the field of new technologies, providing advice, consultation and preparing legal opinions in the field of civil law, commercial law, labour law and intellectual property law, conducting disputes at the pre-trial and trial stages, creating and consulting on internal regulations, legal risk analysis, participation in internal and external meetings, legal support in internal and external audits. Qualifications Must have requirements: • higher education in law, • knowledge of the common law system in the field of IT contracts, • at least 3 years of experience in providing legal services to entities from the IT market, • knowledge of Polish civil law, commercial law and intellectual property law, • very good knowledge of English and legal terminology (at least C1), • very good work organization, independence and communication skills. Nice to have requirements: • entry on the list of trainee attorney-at-law or attorney-at-law, • experience in M&A projects, • experience in BPO projects, • experience in an international corporation or law firm, including in-house, • experience in legal consultation on international IT projects or corporate issues, • practical knowledge and experience in the area of IT services, solutions and products. Additional Information work 2-3 times a week from our office locations: Warsaw or Katowice.

Responsibilities

The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal services and support for national and regional projects, focusing on IT contracts and new technologies. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal support to internal departments, and conducting legal risk analysis.
