Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters including corporate law, compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution. - Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-structured legal documents and reports. - Assist in negotiations and drafting of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations when required. - Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in law that may impact clients’ interests and the firm’s practice areas. - Develop and deliver legal training sessions to internal teams and clients as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; a master’s degree or specialization in a relevant field is an advantage. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, specializing in corporate law or litigation. - Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian legal systems, regulations, and practices. - Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
