Description
Provide accurate and timely legal advice on commercial and contractual matters for Group Enterprise businesses. Draft and negotiate complex global contracts and legal documents with multinational companies. Identify and manage contractual risks in multi-country deals. Analyse and negotiate non-standard terms for strategic commercial projects. Develop standard legal documents and training materials. Drive improvements in contracting processes and define negotiation strategies. Deliver training to internal departments, especially sales, on contracting processes. Ensure compliance with legal processes, policies, and standards. Prepare contract risk assessments for internal approvals. Maintain effective communication with key functions such as Regulatory, Technology, and Tax. Lead legal support for product development and ensure accurate documentation. Manage legal aspects of Enterprise contracting models and regulatory reporting. Support acquisitions, disposals, and regulatory projects including license applications. Maintain and update contract templates and assess legislative changes impacting products. Degree in Law. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and contract law, or 2+ years in commercial, contracting, and telecommunications law. Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law. Experience in international legal environments supporting commercial activities. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Skilled in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving. Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Strong communication, influencing, and teamwork abilities. Proficient in MS Office.
