• Step into a junior fee-earning role where you’ll take ownership of your own caseload, growing your independence while helping the team achieve meaningful results for our clients.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Solicitors to keep cases moving, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way.
• Balance precision and empathy as you draft clear legal correspondence, carry out focused research, keep our systems updated, and speak directly with clients to build trust and understanding.
• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for some new enquiries—listening carefully, asking the right questions, and capturing the details that truly matter.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience across the full journey of a case, from requesting medical records and preparing court bundles to taking witness statements when needed.
