JOB OVERVIEW:

Santabella Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, providing advisory services, and protecting the company’s interests across its diverse business units, including Santabella Music Empire, Santabella Homes, and other ventures. This is a remote position requiring flexibility and excellent communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate or business law, preferably in the music or real estate industries.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in entertainment law or real estate law is a plus.
• Familiarity with Nigerian and international business regulations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for various business operations (music, real estate, merchandise, etc.).
• Provide legal advisory services to ensure the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company stays compliant.
• Advise on risk management strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
• Assist with intellectual property protection, licensing agreements, and publishing contracts for Santabella Music Empire.
• Oversee legal aspects of real estate transactions and contracts for Santabella Homes.
• Develop and maintain legal policies and procedures.
• Handle disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
