• Providing legal assistance on a wide range of legal matters such as regulatory compliance, litigation and employment law
• Assisting the operation of the legal department.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
• Conducting legal research to ensure the organisation is up-to-date with the latest legal changes.
• Working with outside legal counsel when required for proceedings.
