What you do: Review and provide advice on agreements between the Company and external parties including ensuring due dilligence, negotiating legal terms, and monitoring/maintenance of the related legal documentation Review policy wording for products (subject to his/her coverage of portolio responsibility) Update on Laws and Regulations Supervise legal teams daily activities to ensure the teams efficiency and effectiveness Conduct training and socialization Perform other tasks that are within the job scope, including handing short-term and long-term project What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent practical experience Minimum 6-8 years in Corporate Law; Insurance knowldge is a plus Having knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal disciplines, including corporate and commercial law Having understanding of the Group and knowledge of business norms and practices AI-Skills, ChatGPT or Copilot are advantage 81133 | Legal & Compliance | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Indonesia | Full-Time | Permanent
