The Opportunity Our Digital team delivers cost-efficient legal and technology services to clients worldwide. The China team, established in 2016, is the first Digital hub in Asia and plays a key role in our global offering. As a Legal Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior team members to support high-profile national and international matters. Your responsibilities will include: Document review for arbitration and investigations; Due diligence and verification for PRC-issuer HK IPOs and capital market matters; Review of commercial contracts and M&A transactions; Translation between Chinese and English; Supporting procedural formalities for foreign-invested enterprises; Providing flexible assistance on client matters.
