What You’ll Do: Legal Operations & Communication Serve as the primary liaison between AbeTech and external legal counsel. Track and manage legal requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-through. Maintain confidentiality and report monthly legal expenses by category. Coordinate legal requests with other team members and stakeholders. Compliance & Documentation Management Review and manage contracts, NDAs, and service agreements. Maintain a contract lifecycle system to monitor renewals and obligations. Oversee client intake documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage electronic signature workflows (DocuSign, Adobe). Support multi-state compliance efforts (tax, employment, audits). Maintain a centralized, secure repository of legal and compliance records. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems. High integrity in handling confidential information. Experience with client on-boarding and compliance workflows preferred. Paralegal education or experience is a plus.
