What you will do but not limited to: Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.) Managing the company’s licensing matters, among others handling OSS (including LKPM submission) Directly communicate with internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, negotiation and enforcement (e.g. commercial claims and guidance on performance of contracts) and provide clear and pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders on all legal issues affecting the business operations of the company. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations Conduct work with integrity and responsibility Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation Bachelor’s degree in Law Have minimum 2 years experience in law firm (experience in understanding and implementing M&A regulation will be a plus point) Experience on coordinating and liaising with governmental institutions is a plus.
