Description
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, civil, commercial, and compliance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with internal and external stakeholders and enhance MEININGER’s contract management
Support the management of legal risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable regulations across Europe
Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting the hospitality industry
Support dispute resolution and litigation processes
Support the development and implementation of compliance standards and processes
Support the team in special Project related work
Liaise and co-ordinate with external legal law firms when necessary
