Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, civil, commercial, and compliance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with internal and external stakeholders and enhance MEININGER’s contract management
- Support the management of legal risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable regulations across Europe
- Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting the hospitality industry
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes
- Support the development and implementation of compliance standards and processes
- Support the team in special Project related work
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external legal law firms when necessary
