  • Position: Legal and Contract Officer
  • Location: Modon Building, Ministries Complex, Abu Dhabi
  • Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Gender: Open to all
  • Languages: Proficient in English & Arabic
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for ensuring that the internal and external legal affairs of the organization are handled appropriately and align with local, state, and federal laws. Provide counsel on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts and agreements (Arabic & English) under the supervision of the Legal Manager
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all legal documents and contracts
  • Monitor contract renewal dates and prepare amendments or renewals as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for contract-related documentation
  • Conduct legal research to support the legal team in staying updated with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare internal memos, official letters, and templates in both English and Arabic
  • Supervise and support the administrative work of the Legal Assistant
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with external stakeholders
