• Standardize documents for each type of transaction in the company
• Analyze and make adjustments to agreement documents and/or transaction flows in connection with the issuance of the latest laws and regulations.
• Provide opinions in relation to transactions on non-standard business activities.
• Create report to stakeholders on cases faced
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree of Law
• Min. 1 year of experience as Legal Staff or Litigation Staff. Preferably from finance or banking industry
• Strong knowledge of Law of Business, Law & Government Regulations, understanding of litigation and case pattern in the legal process
• Good communication skill
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
