• Represent Allianz at settlement conferences and significantly contribute to the achievement of better than industry claim outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies which facilitate early and effective settlement negotiations which results in fair outcomes for all customers
• Apply expert level negotiation practices to settlement processes, and the mentoring provided internally to claims staff
• Support all Long Tail business to accurately assess entitlement and risk, working with individuals and teams to advise on and facilitate effective negotiations
• Proactively provide high quality, customer focused, commercially oriented settlement advice and action
• Provide specialist support and advice on the interpretation and application of technical and legal information to local claims team
