YOUR IMPACT

Goldman Sachs Asset Management ("GSAM") is looking for an experienced paralegal with funds distribution experience to join the funds legal team within the wider EMEA Asset Management Legal team, with responsibility for a range of work including drafting and negotiating distribution agreements and providing general paralegal support to the attorneys covering the public and private funds (e.g. assisting in fund formation, advising on fund marketing rules, and addressing queries from auditors).

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good team player, dynamic and capable of working proactively, leading and driving initiative on a wide range of issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent drafting, oral and written communication skills
  • The candidate will be expected to have experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating distribution agreements in the public and private funds space.
  • Familiarity with regulation such as UCITS, AIFMD and MIFID would be beneficial.
