We are looking for a friendly and organized professional to join our Legal Assistance team, providing excellent support to clients and internal teams. What you’ll be doing: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and email correspondence Register and process legal assistance cases according to procedures Provide information, advice, and support to clients regarding legal assistance Provide administrative support for other members of the team Handle recovery cases Cooperate with other AXA Partners departments and team members Ensure high-quality communication and a positive working atmosphere ​What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education English proficiency at B2 level (other languages are a plus) MS Office skills and general PC literacy Excellent communication skills and customer orientation Responsible, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team Stress resilience and a positive attitude What we offer: At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
