• Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and draft contracts and other legal documents with attention to detail.
• Providing Legal Support: Offer legal advice and opinions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all business activities.
• Conducting Legal Research: Perform legal research and analysis to ensure business operations align with legal requirements.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with the management of legal documentation and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Maximum 2 years of experience, preferably in a Consultant or Law Firm
• Familiarity with permit processes and regulatory compliance
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
