Aalis Management Consulting seeks a Legal Assistant who provides critical administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals in the Criminal and/or Civil Division. Under the guidance of the Supervisory Legal Assistant, this role ensures the efficient preparation, organization, and management of legal documents, court filings, and case files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in legal procedures, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or certification in legal studies, paralegal studies, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a legal setting (law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal software (e.g., CM/ECF, document management systems).
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (training provided for specialized tools).
